ILG Gruppe is a Munich-based real estate investment company specializing in the management and development of a portfolio of commercial properties in Germany — primarily shopping and retail centers — on behalf of both private investors and larger institutional clients who invest through their funds.
As part of their client service, a digital investor portal was built for fund shareholders — a personal dashboard through which fund performance can be digitally tracked, company communications can be received, votes can be cast, and official correspondence can be accessed.
A key challenge was designing the portal for ILG's predominantly senior user group, requiring an interface that was clear, accessible, and easy to navigate for less tech-savvy users.
