This project was developed for one of Germany's largest industrial enterprises as part of a long-term digital transformation initiative.
The vision was to transform a traditional organisational chart into an Enterprise Suite that puts employees at the centre of the digital workplace. By connecting organisational structures, employee profiles, business mandates, projects, locations and career opportunities, the platform creates transparency across the organisation and enables employees to discover expertise, build professional networks and collaborate more effectively.
Designed for more than 300,000 employees worldwide, the suite provides a scalable ecosystem of interconnected modules supporting collaboration, internal mobility and organisational transparency.
